1. Added code where the rotor will accept a STOP command that will cease all AZ and EL movement.  For compatibility with the CSN S.A.T. box.

1. Changed the manual movement code so that it is no longer active unless the rotor is in Calibrate mode.
2. Fixed a small bug in the Az and El motor control code to ensure all H-bridge pins are quiesced prior to starting a new motor movement.

1. Added code to set all the unused IO pins to INPUT_PULLDOWN.
2. Fixed a bug where the UDP receiver would get overwhelmed and shut down requiring a reset before the rotor would receive movement commands again.
3. Modified the I2C interface bus between the ADC and MCU so that it would be less susceptible to RF interference.
